THE SPACE
When the lease on 405 Franklin St. was signed in October of 2006 the space was a neglected second story apartment with an alley entrance. But Darren recognized extraordinary potential in this unusual choice and loved the unique location. A whirlwind renovation began and in just 2 1/2 months, his vision was transformed into Olympia's first "boutique" hair salon.
THE TEAM
What sets us apart? First and foremost, teamwork. We believe that by working together and supporting each other we can offer a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Second, our community involvement. Through our active support of local non-profits we have become more informed professionals who take pride in helping make the community we live and work in thrive.
EDUCATION
Continued education is key to being a well rounded stylist. Frida has monthly in-salon classes on hair cutting and coloring techniques along with product knowledge training from award-winning experts, Alterna and Logics. We also attend regional classes together and always keep a keen eye on what the current trends are.
